MUJI is committed to your satisfaction and offers a 30-day window for returning items in their original, sellable condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain items, such as intimate apparel and final sale products, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
